Status

There are many Net-ID statuses. Below is a summary of the most common ones.
  • When a person is first known to ISU, they have no Net-ID and begin as Status 0.
  • When a Net-ID is half-registered, it is Status 2, which means the need to return to the Net-ID registration page to complete Net-ID Registration.
  • When a Net-ID is active, it is Status 1
  • When an active Net-ID is suspended it becomes Status 101, their options in this Status are outlined on the Sponsorship Check page.
  • When a suspended Net-ID is expired it becomes Status 201 (briefly).
  • The Sunday after A Net-ID becomes Status 201, it is DELETED (but "remembered").
  • A Remembered Net-ID appears in ASW as Status 301.
  • If a person with a Deleted and Remembered Net-ID returns to ISU, they go through Net-ID Registration like everyone else, BUT they will not choose a Net-ID, they will be assigned the same Net-ID they had previously.
In the table below, all possible valid transitions are shown by the arrows, and the typical progression
(Enters → 0 → 2 → 1 → 101 → 201 → 301 (deleted/remembered) is shown with a green background.
